Kiowa Systems Limited develops AI-powered technology for the traffic enforcement sector. Our flagship MetroVision Compliance Solution automates detection and the processing, storage, management and presentation of complete evidence packs for one-click validation by trained operators. This helps enforcement authorities and service providers work more efficiently while improving accuracy, consistency and compliance.

Kiowa was founded by the team behind Zenco Systems Ltd and the ZenGrab Digital Enforcement Suite, which have served the industry since 2007. Our management team have vast experience in traffic surveillance and enforcement technology.

Our mission is to improve automatic detection of contraventions beyond the capabilities of existing systems.

Feedback from UK operators of automated enforcement systems has shaped MetroVision's product development from its inception. During development, Kiowa consulted these operators to understand what worked well, what did not and which features they believed would improve their service.

Our founders are Matt Harding, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Noel Frost, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Matt leads our technology strategy, research and development and technical architecture. Noel drives top-line growth and market expansion.

Our mission is to improve automatic detection of contraventions beyond the capabilities of existing systems and remove the manual evidence-processing burden associated with legacy systems. By automating complex workflows, we aim to help teams process more cases accurately and confidently. Our wider goal is to support better traffic flow, shorter journeys and safer roads.
